Foot District S.L. provides for all its employees, former employees, interns, agents, mediators, collaborators, prescribers, suppliers, and job candidates in the company, this WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL developed in accordance with the provisions of the European Directive 1937/2019 transposed into our legal system by Law 2/2023.
The channel is the appropriate means to facilitate the agile and confidential communication of irregularities committed within the company, which may constitute the commission of a crime or a serious or very serious administrative offense. Communications may be presented openly or anonymously at the choice of the complainant, with the guarantee that the recipient will act obligatorily respecting their identity and managing the present communication according to their preferences.
